Nissan built the VQ to run between 180–220°F. In real driving it regularly sits past 240°F — where oil stops protecting and starts burning off. This thermostatic kit holds temps in the safe zone whether you're doing pulls, running track days, or fighting summer heat on the street.

Amazing kit thats very competitively priced, much cheaper than all the other options on the market (base price of the z1 kit is more expensive than the larger Trigga core). Quick and easy install, and absolutely amazing customer service that I couldn’t find anywhere else.

Notes:
The mount will have to be drilled but it is a minor task. NPT fittings may require teflon tape on hand to fully seal.
